The new year passed quickly, so had chinese new year. CNY is my favourite festival of the year, and I am still trying to get over the fact that it is over! I had a great time wearing new clothes that are not bought by myself (credits to my cousin and sis), displayed fake flowers to decorate my house, bought 5 for S$10 goodies (exchanged one of these with my mum's yummy pineapple tarts), bought hanging piglet for wall decoration and a huge 春联 by my talented colleague and two bottles of drinks. Looking back, who's coming to my house anyway since Kok Sung is not here to help out, I didn't bother to invite anybody too.
Nevertheless, I have taken pictures of my favourite hongbaos for this year, I have yet to put away hong baos from last year. BB Ian being the new addition to the family was very pleasant to all his relatives. At my parents-in-law place, 2nd and 4th Aunts taught him how to "knock" heads with them and to my YeYe, BB Ian was sitting comfortably in his arms while we took photos. That's him in his traditional chinese costume?? Cute? He's really quite a lovely Baby.!
